Testnet preview
The current Genesis Offering runs on public test networks with test tokens that have no monetary value. It exists to test the process, not to sell anything. This disclosure is a draft and must be reviewed by counsel before any real offering.
You may lose the entire amount
If a real offering ever takes place, you should only take part with an amount you can afford to lose completely. The token may never have any value, may never be listed anywhere, and the project may fail.
No rights to profits
$PRST gives no ownership, no share in revenue or profits, no dividends, no voting rights in any company and no claim against the operator. Genesis membership is a permanent, non-transferable status in the app — not a financial instrument.
Regulatory changes
Laws on digital assets differ by country and change often. The offering may be restricted, paused or ended in some or all regions at any time, and your access to tokens or features may change as a result.
Smart-contract and blockchain risk
Smart contracts can contain bugs despite audits. Blockchains can congest, fork, reorganise or halt; bridges and wallets can fail or be attacked. Fees and confirmation times vary.
Irreversible transactions
Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. A payment sent to a wrong address, on a wrong network or in a wrong token may be lost for good. Always check the network, address and amount shown on the payment page.
No refunds except per published rules
Completed allocations are final. Refunds happen only under the published rules: late, short or excess payments are reviewed and refunded (minus network fees) to the paying wallet or the refund address you gave.
